Our Principles in detail

We adhere to internationally recognized standards for fair labor migration, in particular the WHO Global Code of Practice, the ILO’s core labor standards, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

These principles form the basis for responsible and sustainable international recruitment.

We ensure that all recruitment processes are clear, straightforward, and transparent. Candidates and our clients receive all relevant information early on and are supported throughout the entire recruitment process.

We also ensure that dedicated contact persons are available at all times.

Participation in the placement process is entirely voluntary. Applicants make their own decisions regarding their participation and whether to accept a job offer.

You may decline an offer at any time without any negative consequences.

We are committed to treating everyone with respect and without discrimination. Discrimination based on origin, gender, religion, or social background will not be tolerated.

We view diversity as an asset and promote an open and respectful working environment.

We are committed to ensuring fair and transparent employment conditions for all the professionals we place.

These include, in particular, fair compensation, fair working conditions, compliance with labor law standards, and clear and transparent contract terms.

There are no costs associated with the placement for nursing staff.

We don't charge any fees, either directly or indirectly. We ensure that applicants are not burdened with any financial costs.

When recruiting internationally, we take into account the impact on the countries of origin.

In doing so, we follow international guidelines and take care to avoid any negative impact on local healthcare systems.

We support applicants in their linguistic, professional, and social integration.

Even after you arrive, we remain available to assist you and will continue to support you throughout your time in Germany.

In special personal or professional situations, we offer flexible and fair solutions.

This may involve, for example, terminating the proceedings or returning to the country of origin.

We are committed to consistently implementing the principles set forth in this policy statement.

In addition, we regularly review our processes and continuously improve them.
