Wie lange dauert die Vermittlung internationaler Fachkräfte?

The duration depends on various factors, particularly language proficiency, the recognition process, and visa appointment dates. As a rule, the entire placement process takes about 6 to 12 months.

Our current focus is on recruiting qualified nursing professionals and trainees from Kenya. Upon request, we also assist companies with recruitment from other countries of origin. We would be happy to work with you to explore the appropriate options.

Yes. We assist with the entire process, from preparing the necessary documents through the recognition process to the visa application and entry into the country.

All candidates go through a structured selection process that includes a review of their credentials, interviews, and an assessment of their professional and personal qualities.

The terms and conditions are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. We would be happy to discuss the possibilities for working together with you in person.

Will I have to pay a fee for the referral?

No. There is no cost to applicants for participating in the placement process. We follow the “employer pays” principle.

We generally require a resume, relevant school and training records, language certificates, and any other documents required for the process.

To apply, you will initially need to submit a resume, a cover letter in German, and, if available, a language proficiency certificate. Additional documents will be requested as the process progresses. 

Yes. In many cases, the recognition process can be supported and prepared for as part of the placement process.

Yes. We can assist you with preparing the necessary documents and with the steps involved in the visa application process.

Yes. Participation in the placement process is voluntary. You may decline job offers at any time or withdraw from the process.

Yes. We continue to support our candidates even after they arrive in Germany and assist them with important administrative steps.
